Jason is the Director of Technology Services of Three30 Group. At Three30 he manages all aspects of the technology side of the business including custom software development products, website design and IT managed services. He is also heavily involved in the strategic development of new products and services that Three30 offers its clients.

He has been in the technology arena for over 16 years wearing a number of hats from software designer to website developer. He also managed his own computer consulting business for 10 years before joining forces with Three30 Group. His focus is to provide quality solutions for businesses in a timely and cost effective manner.

Jason resides in Navarre with his wife Holly and four children Trey, Tela, Jaykob and Ethan. His free time is spent with his family as well as coaching youth football and baseball.

Christin is the Director of Creative Solutions of Three30 Group. Handling a variety of tasks for the company - including human resources, sales, marketing and creative management - she provides strong leadership, while maintaining the efficiency and productivity that is critical in day-to-day operations. Christin also plays an integral role in the strategic development, expansion and implementation of new business for an ever-growing list of clients.

Her experience is diverse, covering a wide range of clients and business industries such as healthcare, education, and manufacturing. Her passion is cultivated by working with people and businesses bringing their vision to life.

Christin resides in New Philadelphia with her husband Joshua and son Liam.
